How do I place an order?

Shopping online is easy!

  1. Login with your name and password to access the store.
  2.  Place products in your shopping cart by selecting the size and number of items and then click "Add to Cart".
  3. When you're ready to purchase, click Check Out.
  4. Please follow the steps at checkout. If you have a firm in-hands date, such as an event date, please make sure to include in the In-Hands date field.
  5. Please use your cost center # as a form of payment. Then please hit Place Your Order.

How soon will my order ship once the order is placed?

All in-stock items ship within 2 business days after order placement. 

How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order status 24/7 on the website by logging into your account. Or you may request information about your order by contacting us. Please include your order number so we can help you more quickly and accurately.

My order has been denied, why?

Every order over $100 has to be approved by April Oliphant in the marketing department you’re your order is denied and you have questions, please reach out to her on this.

How do I make sure my order will get delivered on-time for my event?

If you have a firm in-hands date, please make sure to indicate it at checkout. You will see a date picked field name in-hands date.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the 48 contiguous states and Canada.

Who pays customs and import duties for packages sent outside of the contiguous United States?

Adform is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges for international orders. You will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges as we ship your package with duties and taxes unpaid.

​How do I track an order that I’ve placed?

To track an order, login into your account, and then click your name in the top right section which takes you to the My Account section. Under the Order History tab, you should be able to click on your most recent order and check the status. If the order has shipped, a tracking # should show.

 

How do I change the shipping address of my order?

If you wish to edit any information on your order after it was placed, please contact us here and we will do our best to accommodate your request given your order hasn’t yet shipped.

Banners and other supplies for events

Will my order ship with a return label?

All returnable event items (except giveaways) should include a return label enclosed. If you don’t see a return label, or misplaced it, please contact us here and we will send you a printable version of it.

A display/banner/case is damaged or lost, what should I do?

Please report any damages or loss directly to April Oliphant or Michael Anthony.

How do I send back return items after an event?

When the item is ready to be returned, please repackage it the same way it arrived and apply the provided shipping label on the outside of the box before dropping it off.

 

General

How do I find my password if I’ve forgotten it?

If you forget your password, simply click the Login button, located at the top right corner, and choose the Forgot your Password? link. It will direct you to a new page where you will need to submit your email address. You will then receive an email at that address to reset your password. Please note that if you submit an email address that hasn’t been set up as an account yet there will be no return email.
